Yulia Fernandez’s journey began in the quaint Russian town of Poronaysk. Her pursuit of higher education led her across continents to the United States, where she embarked on a transformative path at Florida International University, obtaining both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting.

In the early stages of her accounting career, Yulia held roles as a bookkeeper and accounts receivable clerk. These formative experiences laid the groundwork for her subsequent achievements, including an internship and a full-time position offer at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Over the course of six years, Yulia thrived within PwC’s Assurance Services, specializing in auditing for a diverse array of companies spanning publicly traded and privately held entities in sectors as varied as airspace, retail, manufacturing, cruise lines, and healthcare.

Guided by a remarkable journey, Yulia transitioned to Fernandez CPA Firm LLC, where she assumed the role of vice resident alongside her husband. Inspired by the legacy of her parents’ husband-and-wife partnership, she embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship and cherishes family values. With a profound belief in efficient workflows, adept project management, impactful leadership, and transparent communication, Yulia contributes a unique perspective to the firm.

Her current responsibilities are manifold, encompassing the management of bookkeeping and payroll operations, as well as her active involvement in controllership services.
